Nicholas D. Fairweather is a highly experienced IT professional with a passion for developing innovative technology solutions and ensuring robust system security, particularly within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

With nearly two decades of experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space, Nicholas has worked with major clients, including Shire Pharmaceuticals, Moderna, Momenta, and Celsius Therapeutics.
He has held leadership roles such as Operations ITS Manager at Shire Pharmaceuticals, where he directed global IT operations, managed data centers, and led ERP system integration. Nicholas holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Aberdeen, an M.Sc. in Biological Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, and a B.Sc. (Honors) in Biochemistry from the University of Dundee.
He has held certifications across various platforms, including MCSE, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), and ITIL Foundation.
